seeing all this delicious healthy food on my dash is making me really motivated to eat better when i’m at home instead of just warming up a frozen pizza or something.
i’m staying home from school today because i don’t feel well (just got immunizations yesterday -.-) so i decided to cook some healthy food :D
for breakfast i had a fried egg and a cup of green tea.
then for lunch i made a salad with tomato, feta cheese, black olives, strawberries, cilantro (i love cilantro soo much) and shredded almonds on top. i pretty much used whatever i could find in my house.
i also made my own pita chips by cutting pita bread into triangles and putting a bit of olive oil, dried basil, salt, and garlic powder on them, then putting them in the oven. they were amazing! :o
